Consultant Pediatric ENT Specialist - Pediatric Ear Nose and Throat Surgery and Hearing Care - Allocation Assist Middle East - Dubai, UAE

• Diagnose and manage pediatric ENT conditions including congenital and acquired disorders
• Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, tympanoplasty, and endoscopic sinus surgery
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret diagnostic tests including audiograms, CT scans, and MRI
• Provide consultations and second opinions for complex pediatric ENT cases
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
• Participate in clinical audits, continuous medical education, and departmental meetings
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors and medical students

• Medical degree with specialization in Otolaryngology
• Fellowship or board certification in Pediatric ENT preferred
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience with pediatric focus
• DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai
• Western-trained background preferred
• Strong surgical and diagnostic expertise in pediatric ENT
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
• Fluency in English with Arabic as an advantage
