• Provide safe and effective anesthesia care for neonates, infants, children, and adolescents undergoing elective and emergency procedures
• Develop individualized anesthetic plans based on patient condition, surgical requirements, and risk assessment
• Monitor patients throughout perioperative stages including induction, maintenance, and recovery
• Participate in pediatric emergency response and critical care teams
• Supervise and mentor junior anesthetists, residents, and fellows
• Contribute to teaching programs, simulation training, and clinical education
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in clinical audits, research initiatives, and continuous improvement programs

• Medical degree with specialization in Anesthesiology
• Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology from a recognized institution
• Board certification from an international authority
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of post-fellowship experience in pediatric anesthesia
• DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai
• Strong communication and crisis management skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure clinical environments
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
