Corporate Development / M&APrivate EquityMiddle East15+ yearsAbout our clientOur client is a leading diversified investment group in the GCC with a long operating history and a significant footprint across sectors such as consumer, healthcare, real estate, industrials, and broader strategic investments.Headquartered in the UAE, the group is entering an expansion phase and is seeking a senior corporate development professional to drive M&A activity, strategic growth initiatives and new sector entry at the group level. What the job involvesThis is a senior mandate reporting directly to the Group CEO. You will lead deal origination, market mapping, and execution across priority sectors, including healthcare, consumer, and real estate, while identifying new areas for expansion.
  • Lead end-to-end M&A execution, including sourcing, valuation, diligence, negotiation and transaction structuring
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of opportunities across the GCC
  • Develop investment theses and strategic recommendations for the CEO and Board
  • Act as the senior internal point for all corporate development activity, coordinating with Strategy, PMO, and portfolio teams
  • Liaise with external advisors, banks, consultants and counterparties
  • Represent the Group in meetings with senior stakeholders, including potential partners and the family principals
Who we are looking for
  • Senior corporate development or M&A professional with extensive execution experience (Big 4 Partner/Director, boutique M&A, investment banking, or PE background preferred)
  • Strong regional experience in the GCC with a well-developed network of corporate, advisory, and investor relationships
  • Track record leading complex transactions independently
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new sectors and build theses from the ground up
  • Confident communicator able to engage with C-suite leadership and family principals
  • Candidates must already be based in or have long-term experience in the Middle East
