The Deputy Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, contributing to store strategy execution, and acting on behalf of the Store Manager in routine decision-making to ensure smooth store performance and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Majid Al Futtaim Retail concepts are implemented effectively within the store
  • Assist in developing store strategy and ensure execution aligns with overall retail business objectives
  • Support comparative analysis between departments to improve efficiency and commercial performance
  • Analyze product assortment qualitatively and quantitatively and recommend corrective actions to increase profitability and sales turnover
  • Ensure effective stock management, including stock value control, availability, ordering, and merchandise deliveries across departments
  • Supervise service and maintenance of company assets and implement measures to optimize asset utilization
  • Enhance hygiene standards and ensure store safety and security compliance
  • Maintain high standards of product presentation throughout the store
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or an equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, including at least 2 years within retail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
