• Analyze Talabat's operational and financial performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive performance reports for senior management highlighting key drivers of change and actionable insights.
• Translate complex data into clear business recommendations that support strategic decision making.
• Conduct detailed country level performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and operational improvement areas.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to investigate performance challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Develop strategic recommendations that enhance business performance and support long term objectives.
• Lead analytical projects focused on operational improvement, growth initiatives, and performance optimization.
• Support development and launch of new products by building business cases and evaluating potential business impact.

• Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify opportunities to exceed revenue and profit targets.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, or related fields.
• MBA or postgraduate business degree considered advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e commerce, food delivery platforms, management consulting, or digital marketplace businesses.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and PnL performance management.
• Advanced experience using data analysis tools including SQL, BigQuery, and business intelligence platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills using PowerPoint, Excel, or Google Sheets tools.
• Proven ability to structure complex business problems and develop data driven solutions.
