This role focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of high-value business banking clients while ensuring strong risk control and compliance. It plays a key role in driving growth through new client acquisition, increasing wallet share, and delivering tailored financial solutions aligned with client needs.Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new-to-bank clients and grow existing relationships within the business banking segment
  • Build strong client engagement to understand financial needs and deliver suitable banking solutions
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling of banking products including trade, cash, and FX services
  • Increase portfolio revenue and market share within the assigned segment
  • Prepare credit applications, analyze financial statements, and support approval processes
  • Monitor portfolio risk and identify early warning signals on client accounts
  • Ensure timely KYC updates and compliance with regulatory and internal policies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service and transaction execution
  • Track sales performance and monitor revenue through MIS dashboards
  • Maintain regular client visits and proactively generate new business leads
  • Support audit, compliance, and risk management requirements across the portfolio
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
  • Around 5+ years of experience in business banking or corporate relationship management
  • Strong understanding of banking products including trade finance, cash management, and FX
  • Experience in credit analysis and financial assessment
  • Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and achieve sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a competitive and performance-driven environment
