This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value business clients by strengthening relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored financial solutions. It contributes directly to increasing the bank's liability base, revenue streams, and market share within the business banking segment.Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new-to-bank high-value clients and expand relationships with existing customers
- Build strong client engagement to understand financial needs and enhance service delivery
- Cross-sell and upsell banking products including trade, cash management, and treasury solutions
- Structure pricing and financial solutions aligned with client requirements and internal policies
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to increase wallet share and revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and client interactions
- Prepare credit applications, analyze financial statements, and support approval processes
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure timely renewals and risk management actions
- Maintain accurate KYC records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify early risk signals and take proactive measures to mitigate exposure
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless banking solutions
- Track revenue performance using MIS reports and optimize profitability
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline
- 6-10 years of experience in business banking or relationship management
- Strong knowledge of SME or commercial banking products and services
- Experience in credit analysis, portfolio management, and client acquisition
- Understanding of UAE banking regulations and compliance requirements
