- Professionally answer incoming room service calls, addressing inquiries and requests with courtesy.
- Accurately record and confirm guest orders, ensuring details are correctly relayed to the kitchen.
- Provide menu knowledge, including preparation times, ingredients, and promotions, to assist guests.
- Coordinate and deliver food and beverages to guest rooms, maintaining presentation and accuracy standards.
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Assist with mise en place, maintaining organized trays, cutlery, condiments, and other essentials.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Support team operations, including communication with other departments and handling call transfers.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in food & beverage or room service roles.
- Certification in supply chain management or similar is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Customer-oriented, creative, and able to resolve issues with logical reasoning.
- Proficiency in hotel reservations or POS software.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
