- Perform advanced surgical interventions such as mastectomy, lumpectomy, and breast reconstruction
- Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative counseling and post-operative care to optimize recovery outcomes
- Utilize minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical techniques where appropriate
- Educate patients on surgical options, recovery timelines, and preventive measures
- Stay current with advancements in breast oncology and reconstructive surgery
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in line with healthcare regulations
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in General Surgery with fellowship or specialization in Breast Surgery
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in oncologic and reconstructive breast procedures
- Skilled in minimally invasive and advanced surgical techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Western-trained with proven expertise in multidisciplinary care settings
