- Manage job requisitions, track hiring progress, and ensure timely recruitment completion
- Review disciplinary cases, ensure proper documentation, and support employee relations processes
- Prepare warning letters and ensure compliance with HR policies and timelines
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive HR information
- Assist in performance review processes including PDR documentation and validation
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP support role
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with SAP HR systems or similar HRIS platforms
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and data management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
