Consultant ENT Specialist - Otolaryngology Surgery and Advanced Head and Neck Care - Allocation Assist Middle East - Dubai, UAE

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT conditions including sinusitis, otitis media, hearing loss, sleep apnea, and head and neck tumors
• Perform advanced ENT procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, functional endoscopic sinus surgery, microscopic ear surgery, and laryngoscopy
• Conduct head and neck reconstructive procedures where required
• Interpret diagnostic investigations including CT scans, MRI, audiograms, and endoscopic evaluations
• Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient care following evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate in clinical audits, departmental improvements, and continuous medical education
• Contribute to protocol development and patient safety initiatives

• Medical degree with specialization in Otolaryngology
• Board certification from a recognized authority
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in a tertiary or academic hospital
• DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai
• Proven experience in both adult and pediatric ENT cases
