- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients and manage all service related queries
- Track and handle customer requests and service issues within agreed service level agreements
- Build long term relationships with clients to strengthen loyalty and improve retention
- Coordinate quarterly account management meetings between customers and key account managers
- Work with internal teams to ensure required documentation is available for processing new, pre lease, or fleet related orders
- Coordinate with logistics, contract origination, and account management teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and registration renewal processes while communicating timelines to clients
- Handle initial customer complaints and resolve issues before escalation
- Track agreement renewal dates and coordinate renewal discussions with clients and account managers
- Schedule vehicle offhire processes and update system records based on customer confirmations
- Close agreements in internal systems following vehicle return and final service completion
- Monitor and record any fines, tolls, or damage charges for accurate final invoicing
- Communicate customer feedback and service insights to management to support process improvement
- Support customer experience initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency
- Stay updated on best practices in customer relationship management and service operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service, relationship management, or sales coordination roles
- Strong understanding of client relationship management and customer service processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and track multiple client interactions and service requests
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage priorities and multiple accounts in a fast paced environment
- Good coordination skills for working with multiple internal departments
