This is an opportunity to join a cutting-edge organization that builds innovative banking platforms focused on process automation, user experience, and advanced data analytics.The OpportunityAs COO, you'll be a key member of the executive team, responsible for leading daily operations, driving cross-functional delivery, and building scalable, compliant infrastructure. Your role will span Legal, HR, Finance, and Core Operations-ensuring regulatory adherence, operational excellence, and high-performance delivery across internal teams and client engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipOversee cross-functional delivery of SaaS, implementation, and consulting projects within the banking sector.Resolve operational bottlenecks across product, engineering, and client delivery teams.Manage key client relationships, overseeing service metrics, escalations, and long-term retention.Lead daily risk control processes and incident response protocols.Allocate internal resources based on project priority, team capabilities, and business goals.Monitor operational KPIs including delivery margins, SLA compliance, and system uptime.Strategic OwnershipDesign and scale cloud-native, tech-enabled infrastructure in collaboration with the CTO.Integrate automation and AI into core operational workflows such as onboarding, KYC, and fraud detection.Develop profitable hybrid service models that blend SaaS and consulting.Future-proof operations to stay ahead of regulatory trends in digital banking, open finance, and crypto.Drive certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS) and enterprise-readiness.Establish and grow alliances with fintechs, core banking vendors, and consulting partners.Lead internal talent development for high-demand areas such as RegTech and compliance automation.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of leadership experience in operations within digital banking, fintech, or financial services.Proven track record in the GCC region, with deep understanding of the KSA market and SAMA regulations.Experience scaling complex operational ecosystems and cross-functional teams.Strong command of compliance standards, risk management, and digital delivery metrics.FOR MORE INFORMATIONCONTACT Elle Appleby
