- Assist in the coordination of regional wellbeing campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Support the localisation of global wellbeing materials for regional use.
- Maintain calendars and schedules for wellbeing activities.
- Track participation and feedback from wellbeing events and initiatives.
- Support the preparation of basic reports and summaries for internal use.
- Maintain records and documentation related to wellbeing programs.
- Help prepare and distribute well-being communication materials (e.g., posters, toolkits, intranet updates).
- Assist in coordinating with the network of Wellbeing Champions.
- Liaise with internal teams (HR, SH&E, Communications) to support aligned messaging.
- Coordinate with external providers under the direction of SH&E leadership.
- Support scheduling and promotion of well-being-related training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain and update wellbeing resource libraries.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Public Health, Psychology, SH&E).
- 2-3 years' experience in a support or coordination role within health, wellbeing, or employee engagement.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
