- Manage Sales of the Company’s Logistics and Freight Forwarding division in addition to selling the Company’s Products and Services.
- Your individual target will be an operating profit set by the company per month, though your efforts will be to achieve higher.
- Achievement of department’s Sales Budget.
- To ensure consistent profitable growth in sales through positive planning, deployment and management of Sales Personnel.
- To identify objectives, strategies and action plan to improve short and long term sales and earnings.
- To collaborate with the Management in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
- Managed quotations for Air freight, Sea freight, Land freight, Warehousing and Transportation.
- Analyses cost and profitability in preparing quotations.
- Set targets.
- Establish and maintain customer relations at a senior level.
- Achieve Year on Year revenue growth.
- Achieve Month on Month revenue growth.
- Negotiate Contracts.
- Maintained quality customer service to clients.
- Establish and maintain good relations with suppliers / agents.
- Debt Collection.
