- Provide Assistance and keep supervision of Technicians & helpers
- Maintain complaint log book and keep progress track of the maintenance job
- Maintain, prepare job schedules and assign to technicians on day to day basis
- Keep track of the spare parts inventory and send the requisition for the same well in advance to avoid stock out situation
- Report the product quality issues to the Principals and Sales Manager, if any and make suitable suggestion
- Send Field Failure feedback to the Principals, and follow up for claim the parts
- Quote for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) from the existing and the new customers, Quote for Spare parts, Service repair to out of warranty customer in order to achieve revenue target
- Ensure that all the machines under warranty are repaired and delivered back within agreed time limit
- Inspect sites in order to assist the sales team for designing and providing proper solution for the client requirements
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction in service related issues
- Maintain discipline amongst the service staff
- Procure local AC installer, follow up their work and track progress, arrange LPO and invoice payment
- Preparing local purchase requisition for spare parts & AC installations required for maintenance
- Perform warranty stock adjustment for CRS Products in Dubai & Abu Dhabi location
- Perform SAP related entry for preparation of sales order for Service invoice and project execution for supply & installation of AC, chiller. Settlement of projects
- Learn new skills related to job and train the Technician to be more customer oriented service
- Comply with the company QMS requirements
- Higher Secondary or Diploma
- Vocational certificate in refrigeration and Air-condition
- Min 3 years for FMCG sectors
- Customer and Personal Service:- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Market Knowledge:- Knowledge of target customer, industry, territory, etc.
- Language:- Proficient in English language (Verbal and written), Arabic and Hindi would be an added advantage
- Active Listening:- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
- Coordination - Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions
