- To develop a detailed understanding of all Company's products including process flows and KPIs and to develop a thorough understanding of the long-term operational lease market.
- To manage the interface between Company and the customers to ensure that deadlines are met, specifically regarding quotations, proposals or presentations, recalculations, extra assistance.
- information pertaining to Company services, and end-of-lease options. To successfully increase the penetration of leasing products and fleet management services into customer’s accounts - in line with the strategic account plans and company’s annual plan targets by achieving a minimum level of net sales results as measured by Company’s sales plan.
- To develop and manage the adoption of new customer accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from the Business Development Manager account to a sales Consultant account.
- To undertake a minimum level of Account Receivable (AR) responsibilities and pro-actively encourage clients to pay their invoices on time, honour pass-on invoice obligations and assist in offering clients any support documentation they may require for on-time payments.
