
Manager, VCA Tools and Platforms (CEMEA)

- Supervise the design, development, and continuous improvement of portfolio management tools for VCA in CEMEA.
- Collect and define business and technical requirements by working closely with Visa clients, VCA consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that tools are aligned with client needs across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, portfolio migration, and risk optimization.
- Manage third party vendors responsible for developing and supporting portfolio optimization and campaign management tools.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high quality, on time implementations.
- Partner with cross functional Visa teams to ensure tools comply with internal risk management, data security, and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between consultants, technical teams, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of solutions.
- Work directly with Visa clients to gather feedback, identify opportunities for portfolio growth, and translate needs into functional tool specifications.
- Provide guidance to clients on best practices in card portfolio analytics, loyalty optimization, and campaign execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, technology enabled business transformation, portfolio management, marketing technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record in product management, campaign management, and or implementation of marketing automation tools.
Technical and Functional Skills
- Understanding of customer lifecycle management approaches, campaign management and marketing automation best practices.
- Experience in gathering, documenting and managing business and technical requirements.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Unica, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
- Understanding of digital payments, loyalty programs, and premium card value propositions (e.g. concierge services, travel related benefits, merchant offers).
- Ability to oversee vendor relationships, including contract management, service-level agreements, and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with risk management and compliance processes in financial services.
- Project and Stakeholder Management Skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders across geographies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or French is a strong advantage.
- Experience working in the CEMEA payments landscape is preferred.
