- Insight & research: Plan and synthesize primary/secondary research (quant, qual, social listening); translate data into sharp audience insights, jobs-to-be-done, and growth opportunities.
- Brand & positioning: Build/refresh brand architectures, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice; ensure consistency across touchpoints.
- Comms & channel strategy: Define the role of communications across the funnel; architect journeys; partner with Media to shape channel mix, flighting, and test plans.
- Briefing & creative partnership: Write single-minded briefs; lead tissue sessions;collaborate closely with Creative to pressure-test ideas and ensure work answers the strategy.
- Effectiveness & measurement: Set KPIs, learning agendas, and measurement frameworks; work with Analytics to design dashboards and run post-campaign readouts.
- Client leadership: Run workshops, present strategies with clarity, manage senior stakeholders, and build trusted advisor status.
- Integrated collaboration: Orchestrate Account, Creative, Media, Social, PR, and Production partners to deliver integrated plans on time.
- New business & growth: Contribute to pitches, category POVs, and thought leadership spot upsell opportunities.
- Operational excellence: Maintain airtight documentation (briefs, decks, roadmaps); drive decision-making and keep teams aligned.
- 5 ~ 7 years of experience in brand strategy, communications strategy, or account planning within an integrated or digital agency.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct experience working with clients in the Automotive industry is required.
- Demonstrable impact on major campaigns, from initial insight and brief development through to launch and performance analysis.
- Deep experience with the Middle Eastern market is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in mixed-method research, including surveys, desk research, stakeholder interviews, and social/market data analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong category fluency in at least one of the following is a strong asset: tech,finance, telco, retail, or CPG.
- Full professional fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving measurable impact.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced,dynamic agency environment, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to deadlines.
