AC Supervisor HVAC Installation and Maintenance Operations - Azizi Developments - Dubai, UAE

• Supervise HVAC technicians and subcontractors performing installation and maintenance works.
• Allocate daily tasks to technicians and monitor work performance and productivity.
• Provide technical guidance and on site support to ensure proper system installation and maintenance.
• Ensure all work follows company standard operating procedures and safety standards.
• Oversee installation of HVAC systems including split air conditioning units, ducted systems, VRF and VRV systems, chillers, air handling units, fan coil units, and ventilation systems.
• Review technical drawings and ensure HVAC installation complies with approved project specifications.
• Coordinate with electrical and civil teams to ensure smooth execution of HVAC works.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose faults in compressors, motors, thermostats, control panels, refrigerant circuits, and ducting systems.
• Perform corrective maintenance and ensure minimal system downtime.
• Ensure compliance with HVAC codes, environmental standards, and local authority regulations.
• Monitor refrigerant handling according to environmental guidelines and safety practices.
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce proper use of personal protective equipment on site.

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
• Several years of experience supervising HVAC installation and maintenance works.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems including VRF, VRV, chillers, and ventilation systems.
• Experience working in residential, commercial, or large scale construction projects.
• Ability to diagnose HVAC system faults and implement effective technical solutions.
