• Review procedural manuals and approved policies governing collaborator selection processes
• Prepare and assess candidate lists and applications against defined eligibility criteria
• Communicate with shortlisted candidates to schedule and conduct structured interviews
• Evaluate communication skills, professional discipline and ability to use electronic systems
• Assess readiness for field or office-based statistical project assignments
• Evaluate English language proficiency and overall suitability
• Explain contract duration, project scope, compensation mechanism and job expectations
