  • Monitor the performance of seller incentive programs and evaluate operational metrics to ensure program effectiveness
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities
  • Build SQL queries, dashboards, and reporting tools to track the impact of incentives and promotions
  • Maintain strong governance and operational control mechanisms to ensure incentive programs operate accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align incentive initiatives with broader marketplace strategy
  • Support the launch of new seller programs and promotional campaigns across the regional marketplace
  • Communicate program performance insights and recommendations to leadership teams
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accurate reporting and operational consistency
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline
  • Experience in program management, project coordination, or business operations
  • Advanced Excel capabilities including pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, and large dataset analysis
  • Ability to build operational reports and financial datasets that support strategic decision making
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and generate actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments with high attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with SQL and dashboard development is advantageous
  • Experience preparing technical documentation and presentations using tools such as Word, Excel, Visio, or PowerPoint
