- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with packaged goods, personal care, frozen food, and household product brands operating on the Talabat platform.
- Support brand partners in scaling their marketplace presence through tailored advertising strategies and data driven growth plans.
- Promote adoption of Talabat's retail media and analytics solutions to help brands improve campaign performance and category growth.
- Translate marketplace data insights into actionable recommendations that enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
- Ensure retail media campaigns deliver strong advertising performance, return on advertising spend, and brand engagement.
- Collaborate with Talabat Mart and local commercial teams to align media campaigns with promotions, product launches, and trade calendars.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expand existing brand relationships to increase adoption of retail media services.
- Manage and oversee execution of partner advertising activations across Talabat's marketing and media channels.
- Work closely with product teams to share partner insights and support development of retail media tools and solutions.
- Coordinate with regional and local teams to track partner performance and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends across consumer packaged goods, personal care, and household product sectors.
- Share insights and best practices internally to strengthen cross market collaboration and improve partnership outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, retail media, digital advertising, e commerce, or related industries.
- Experience managing consumer packaged goods accounts including packaged food, household products, or personal care brands.
- Proven ability to deliver commercial performance and advertising campaign success.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities when working with brands, agencies, and internal teams.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau considered an advantage.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision makers.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and partner relationships simultaneously.
