Manage end-to-end procurement processes using SAP Ariba
Handle sourcing, supplier onboarding, and contract management through Ariba modules
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements
Execute RFQs, RFPs, and supplier evaluations
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors
Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods/services
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Support integration and optimization of SAP Ariba within procurement workflowsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3-4 years of procurement experience
Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, or Supplier Management modules)
Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management
Experience working within the UAE market
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Ariba certification is a plus
Experience in ERP systems integration
Knowledge of UAE procurement regulations and compliance standardsEligibility Criteria:
