Insurance Officer

• Manage medical insurance enrollment, renewals, additions, and deletions
• Process workmen’s compensation and other required insurance policies
• Handle insurance claims, reimbursements, and follow-ups with providers
• Coordinate with brokers and insurance companies for policy negotiations and renewals
• Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations and client requirements
• Maintain accurate insurance records and reports
• Support HR and operations teams with insurance-related queries

• 5+ years of experience in insurance administration within a UAE staffing or outsourcing company
• Strong knowledge of UAE medical insurance regulations (DOH/DHA compliance)
• Experience handling high-volume employee insurance processes
• Proficient in MS Excel and documentation management
