  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including supplier agreements, service contracts, marketing agreements, leasing contracts, confidentiality agreements, and intellectual property documents.
  • Provide legal advisory support to business units and management on commercial, contractual, and legislative matters.
  • Conduct legal research and assist senior legal leadership in preparing legal opinions on corporate and regulatory matters.
  • Identify and assess potential legal risks within contracts and business initiatives, providing mitigation recommendations.
  • Support legal documentation related to corporate governance, compliance, international law, and commercial law.
  • Ensure company operations comply with relevant laws and regulations including consumer protection, intellectual property, and industry-specific regulatory frameworks.
  • Coordinate with external law firms to manage litigation cases, investigations, and legal proceedings.
  • Provide necessary documentation and collaborate with internal teams to support litigation and legal investigations.
  • Assist in submitting legal reports and coordinating with government relations teams when regulatory matters arise.
  • Maintain relationships with local law firms to obtain legal advice on jurisdiction-specific regulations and compliance matters.
  • Conduct regulatory analysis of new policies or regulatory changes that may impact business operations.
  • Prepare compliance checklists and guidance for new products, initiatives, and operational processes.
  • Support company responses to regulatory inquiries and investigations in coordination with external counsel.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.
  • Additional qualifications such as a Master of Laws degree are considered advantageous.
  • Four to five years of professional legal experience within corporate legal departments, technology companies, or international law firms.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE and regional MENA legal frameworks.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and corporate legal documentation.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and legal risk assessment skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple legal matters in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
