  • Provide technical expertise in contractor pre-qualification, bid evaluation, and site management, including logistics and arrangements.
  • Contribute to the development of Statements of Requirements (SOR) and implementation strategies for FEED, detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Participate in preparing tender documents for engineering consultants, PMCs, and contractors.
  • Review and consolidate feedback on contractor documentation, resolving conflicting comments to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Supervise assigned specialists and oversee contractor performance during engineering and construction.
  • Monitor progress of licensors, EPC contractors, and consultants, identifying bottlenecks and recommending corrective actions.
  • Evaluate contractors' subcontracting strategies and ensure compliance with ADNOC specifications and procedures.
  • Promote use of state-of-the-art technologies and cost-effective methods in design, construction, and testing.
  • Review and lead site safety audits, ensuring strict HSE compliance across all project phases.
  • Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, reviewing contractors' procedures and plans.
  • Review contractors' invoices, monitor contract costs, and provide cost trend analysis to management.
  • Manage project punch lists and ensure all deliverables are completed before acceptance and release of PAC.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • At least 8 years' experience in multi-disciplinary engineering, with strong exposure to FEED, detailed design, and oil and gas project execution.
  • Knowledge of gas extraction, processing plant operations, and production engineering principles.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of engineering concepts, project controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
