- Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.
- Monitor cleaning staff performance and provide training as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with external cleaning contractors as needed.
- Manage the procurement process for office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement activities.
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Manage office budget and expenses, including tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with various departments to support their administrative needs.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and manage documentation.
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner.
- Demonstrate compliance to organisation’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value-driven culture within the organisation.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental procedures, instructions and controls so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Procurement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English Language.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and ethical judgement.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in administration.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the specific industry your company operates in (e.g., construction, technology, healthcare) can be beneficial.
