Preferred academic qualifications:▪ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or Digital Systems Management or master’s degree in IT Management, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline (preferred).▪ Certifications in IT Infrastructure (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft Azure) or Cybersecurity are highly desirable.Practical experiences:

5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure development, digital enablement, or IT systems management, with a focus on implementing secure and scalable IT systems.
Proven experience in managing IT vendors and coordinating with external partners to implement and maintain IT systems.
Experience in monitoring IT system performance and providing technical support to internal teams.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate and mitigate technological risks, ensuring business continuity and system security.
Familiarity with UAE IT regulations and Abu Dhabi Government guidelines.
Fluency in both Arabic and English to manage communications with internal teams and external vendors.
