- Develop and manage project planning frameworks, business planning cycles, and performance management systems.
- Direct and supervise all project reporting requirements for internal stakeholders and shareholders.
- Standardize reporting procedures and coordinate inputs from multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Lead implementation of the Project Risk Management Process including development and periodic review of Risk Registers.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual risk assessments and ensure mitigation actions are tracked.
- Develop and administer the Project Organizational Plan, including documentation and approval tracking of structural changes.
- Manage and coordinate Project Management of Change procedures and related documentation control.
- Prepare and review materials required for executive committees, VAP processes, and Decision Support Packages.
- Ensure effective MIS reporting and progress tracking for senior management oversight.
- Promote and ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and sustainability guidelines.
- Coordinate manpower planning and resource optimization aligned with project milestones.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in oil and gas project planning and execution.
- Strong background in project risk management and business performance tracking.
- Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary project reporting and governance processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
