Job Category: Program ManagerJob Description:Generic AccountabilitySomeone undertaking this role is primarily tasked with engaging multiple stakeholders across all departments of the bank and work closely them to create, pilot, embed and refine all aspects of Central PMO related governance including tooling, process and related policy changes, ceremonies, publish terms of reference and orchestrate education and awareness sessions on all artefacts being created and published by Central PMO.This person will work with multiple functions and related team members to co-create and then embed the new operating model and ways of working as envisaged for the bank's project management processes and governance frameworksAdditionally, generic responsibilities to support the Head of Reporting & GovernanceSupport in defining the roles, templates and masterplan at portfolio and project levelDefines and maintain the RACI matrix for the Central PMO and stakeholders interacting with the Central PMODefines and maintains overall project reporting categories and tiersOwns the development and maintenance of the Business Case DocumentCreate content and progress updated for relevant ExCo CommitteesEnsure clear templates are available for reporting status to all portfolios at all respective governance forumsProvides guidance and support to Portfolio heads on processes to use during project executionAdditionally, should support continuous improvements efforts across CPMODefine and evaluate best practice portfolio mgmt tools, processes and policiesDefine strategy to move FAB CPMO towards best in class ways of workingFoster a Culture and environment of continuous improvementSupports the creation of and roll-out CPMO maturity assessment and KPIsSpecific AccountabilityDefine, ensure adherence to, and maintain PMO processes, as well as ensure continuous alignment with standard PMO Playbook published for the bankSupports the creation and maintenance of all PMO processes to use from project initiation to closure including the overall RACI matrix. Ensures related Bank's processes are updated to reflect CPMO involvement & remit.Works as a custodian of PMO processes and ensuring they are up to date and used by all stakeholders.Minimum QualificationUniversity degree in Technology, Management or equivalentMBA or equivalent master's degree is preferredShould have experience of working in Banking Financial ServicesCertification in project mgmt. is a must (e.g. PMP, Prince 2, Agile PMO)Minimum ExperienceTotal experience of 10 years with atleast 5 years of experience in a PMO environment and embedding portfolio governance at an enterprise level in a large Financial Services organizationProficient in Microsoft Office Applications; PowerPoint, Excel, etcExperience with data handling and analysis tools such as Power BIExperience with various project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)Experience in implementation project management processesExcellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and deliver within tight deadlinesAbout Us:About Us:First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is the largest bank in the UAE and one of the world's largest and safest financial institutions.
