HVAC Maintenance Technician - DP World - Dubai, UAE

• Inspect and maintain chillers, AHUs, FCUs, chilled water pumps and cooling systems
• Monitor BMS systems and ensure proper functioning of HVAC equipment
• Check raw and treated water levels and maintain RO plant records
• Conduct scheduled servicing of chillers, AHUs and FCUs
• Attend HVAC complaints and resolve cooling system issues promptly
• Replace cartridge filters and follow up on heat exchanger temperatures
• Repair damaged or malfunctioning air conditioning systems including package and split units
• Replace defective spare parts and conduct routine inspections to reduce downtime

• Maintain service records, log books and maintenance reports
• Track emergency spare parts inventory and tools
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of maintenance activities

• Support maintenance team members across various technical tasks
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding work progress and issues
• Demonstrate strong observation skills and attention to measurement accuracy
• Show willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies

• Strictly follow safe work practices and company HSE standards
• Use personal protective equipment at all times
• Report any safety violations or non-compliance
• Maintain strong attendance and punctuality record

• Perform additional maintenance tasks assigned by the line manager
• Support cross-functional maintenance requirements when necessary

• Secondary School Certificate or High School preferred
• Professional Diploma or Vocational Course in Air Conditioning and Cooling preferred
• Minimum 5 years overall experience with at least 3 years as an A C Technician
• Strong troubleshooting and fault detection skills
• Knowledge of spare parts replacement and HVAC system diagnostics
• Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Physically fit with strong hand-eye coordination
