We’re a fast-growing SaaS company that allows you to take ownership of your career.At Sana Commerce, We are looking for a Product Software Architect to help shape and evolve the architecture of our SaaS platform on Azure. You will play a key role in strengthening architectural coherence across commerce capabilities, ERP integrations, and shared platform services, while aligning with product strategy and long-term business goals.This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will work closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior leadership to guide architectural decisions, improve engineering maturity, and ensure scalable, resilient platform design.Job DescriptionArchitecture & Platform EvolutionCollaborate with Engineering Managers, Architects, and Tech Leads to evolve the platform architecture in line with product and business prioritiesApply and promote architectural patterns that improve scalability, modularity, and maintainabilityTranslate architectural principles into practical guidance for engineering teamsSupport the design of secure, resilient, observable, and cost-efficient solutions on AzureDefine and enforce non-functional standards such as scalability, performance, availability, and securityEnsure architectural decisions align with long-term platform sustainabilityContribute to integration patterns and extensibility models for enterprise and ecosystem use casesEngineering Excellence & CultureCoach Tech Leads and senior engineers in system design and architectural thinkingPartner with Engineering Managers to strengthen architectural discipline within teamsDefine and evolve reference architectures, reusable patterns, and technical guardrailsPromote best practices through peer reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharingDrive a culture of evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvementEmbed performance, reliability, and cost-awareness into architectural discussionsPlatform & Ecosystem EnablementUnderstand how the platform is implemented and extended by customers and partnersEnsure architecture supports real-world customization and integration needsBalance flexibility and configurability with long-term maintainabilitySupport extensibility approaches while maintaining platform integrityHands-On & Technical LeadershipContribute to design reviews and key technical decisionsSupport proof-of-concepts and technical experiments where neededStay close to engineering teams to ensure architecture is practical and implementableQualifications5+ years of experience in software architecture within SaaS environmentsStrong expertise in .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET Core)Deep experience with Microsoft Azure architectureExperience with container-based workloads (AKS or similar)Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and architectural patternsExperience designing multi-tenant SaaS platformsSolid understanding of scalability, resilience, performance, and observabilityExperience working closely with engineering teams and improving technical maturityStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect ExpertAzure Security Engineer Associate or similar certificationsTOGAF or comparable architecture certificationExperience in B2B eCommerce or ERP-integrated environmentsExperience with event-driven architecture or streaming systemsExposure to data platforms and integration patternsWhy you’ll love working here
