  • Manage the full partner lifecycle from acquisition to post-launch performance optimization
  • Act as the primary contact for partners, handling commercial, operational, and growth-related matters
  • Evaluate partners based on service quality, pricing competitiveness, and operational readiness
  • Monitor key performance indicators including orders, conversions, cancellations, and customer experience metrics
  • Coordinate onboarding processes ensuring partners are fully operational before launch
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, legal, and technical teams for seamless partner integration
  • Contribute insights and feedback to enhance the Quick Commerce business model
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management or Quick Commerce environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements
  • Effective communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to achieving business goals
