- Manage bank reconciliations & project cash flow
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets & financial statements
- Handle audits, RERA annexures & UAE VAT compliance
- Manage Mollak ERP, project handovers & system processes
- Lead junior team members & drive process improvements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
- CA / ACCA / CMA (preferred)
- 5–8 years experience (real estate/RERA exposure required)
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT & financial reporting
