Operations Manager Banquets - Atlantis The Royal - Dubai, UAE

• Oversee day-to-day banquet operations across all event venues at Atlantis The Royal
• Lead planning and execution of all operational responsibilities for banquet events throughout the year
• Support preparation of annual budgets, monthly income statements, and revenue forecasts
• Manage departmental OS and E inventory in coordination with Stewarding
• Conduct and participate in operational briefings, trainings, and departmental meetings
• Monitor and continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction using industry benchmarks and feedback tools
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure effective service recovery
• Support sales and business planning in collaboration with culinary and events teams
• Ensure compliance with fire, safety, hygiene, ISO, and internal quality standards
• Maintain cost control in line with budget targets without compromising service quality
• Lead, develop, and manage permanent and casual banquet teams
• Foster innovation, new ideas, and continuous improvement within banquet operations

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a managerial role within large-scale banquet or events operations
• Proven background in luxury hospitality and high-volume event environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large and diverse teams
• Confident stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities
• Solid financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Strong understanding of global and local MICE trends
