- Assist the Resident Engineer in supervising bridge, viaduct, and underpass works
- Review shop drawings, design proposals, method statements, and material submissions
- Coordinate with design engineers to resolve technical issues on-site
- Maintain daily records, progress diaries, and ensure proper documentation of works
- Monitor contractor engineers, inspectors, and surveyors to ensure performance and schedule adherence
- Chair and attend meetings with contractors, subcontractors, and service authorities
- Ensure safety procedures are implemented on-site and project safety targets are met
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports
- Verify completed works against program schedules and quality standards
- Ensure accuracy of as-built drawings and assist in handover of structural works to authorities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 15 years' experience in supervision and design review of bridges, underpasses, and piling works
- Skilled in reviewing material submissions, lab test reports, and compliance with specifications
- Proficient in engineering software for reporting and project data management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with proven technical report writing ability
- Prior RTA approval is an advantage
- Experience in consultancy supervision of large bridge projects in the UAE or GCC preferred
