- Assist the Resident Engineer in supervising the construction of bridges, viaducts, and associated works
- Review shop drawings, method statements, design proposals, and correspondence related to bridge works
- Coordinate with Parsons' design engineers to resolve technical and structural issues
- Manage and monitor inspectors, surveyors, and contractor engineers to ensure performance and adherence to schedule
- Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and as-built documentation
- Convene meetings with contractors, subcontractors, and service authorities to resolve technical issues
- Oversee safety procedures on-site and ensure compliance with project safety goals
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly project progress reports
- Verify completed work against programmed schedules and ensure correctness of as-built drawings
- Support the handover process of structural works to authorities and assist contractors in obtaining clearances
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 15 years' experience in structural design review and supervision of bridges, underpasses, and large-diameter piling works
- Strong knowledge of material submissions, laboratory testing, quality control, and acceptance sampling
- Proficient in project-specific engineering software and computer technology for data management and reporting
- Excellent English communication skills with ability to prepare technical reports and documentation
- RTA approval is an advantage
- Prior experience in supervision of large-scale bridge projects in the UAE or GCC preferred
- Consultancy background in infrastructure and structural engineering highly desirable
