- Responsible for service delivery and operational excellence in their area
- Function as a direct conduit between the Account Manager and Operations Team
- Increase engagement with relevant client stakeholders
- Understand the commercial aspects of the contract and monitor the operational management of the service
- Responsible for adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), and achieving the operational SLA and commercial KPIs
- Proactively manage the relationship with the client in line with the RACI Matrix
- Be the first touchpoint for client representatives in line with hierarchical structures
- Manage contacts and relationships within your account portfolio; ensure the account is fully managed and relationships are developed at the relevant level
- Provide ideas on initiatives to maximize efficiencies and potential opportunities
- Analyzes trends and metrics to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs that address inefficiencies and create improved processes
- Measuring, validating, and testing of the effectiveness of metrics that are applied by the business to assess and drive productivity optimization
- Responsible for management reporting, daily deployment data and driver performance
- Drive a culture within the team focused on operational excellence and business performance
- Motivate the team members and influence positive behavior.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes to optimize workflows, reducing bottlenecks and enhancing the overall efficiency of the processes.
- Establish and enforce quality control measures within processes, ensuring that the project meets or exceeds expectations.
- Create comprehensive documentation for key processes, promoting standardization across teams.
- Integrate automation tools to simplify repetitive tasks and reduce manual workload.
- Engage in research to stay informed about aviation industry trends, emerging technologies, software, and best practices.
- Facilitate collaboration between departments to encourage the exchange of ideas and diverse perspectives, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Work with key members of the other business units to obtain the information required to compile improvement proposals.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is required.
- Minimum educational qualification: University or college degree (include any required certifications, if applicable).
- Technical Skills Required to Perform Key Accountabilities:
- Proficiency in rostering and staff deployments
- Strong aviation (airside) industry knowledge
- Experience in cargo operations and/or aircraft appearance (advantageous)
- Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle
- Familiarity with operational procedures, coupled with strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to produce clear and effective reports
