  • Manage stock allocation processes and maintain balanced product distribution across stores
  • Analyze weekly trade reports and identify performance trends for action planning
  • Generate business reports to support merchandising and buying decisions
  • Assist in catalogue buying, demand planning, and product range development
  • Monitor best and worst performing products and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate with store teams to address stock issues and optimize availability
  • Maintain accurate product data and ensure consistency across systems
  • Support promotional planning and seasonal sales analysis
  • Contribute to merchandising strategy and product selection planning
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in merchandising, planning, or retail buying
  • Experience in fashion or retail environment with regional market exposure
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actions
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
