Job Description:We are currently seeking a Civil Supervisor (UAE National), reporting directly to the Head of the Department to join our team based in UAE, Abu Dhabi.About us:Technip Energies is a global technology and engineering powerhouse. Employment Type: Full-time - Site-basedKey Responsibilities

Assist in supervising daily civil construction activities on site.
Ensure work is executed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor progress and report any issues, delays, or deviations to the Site Engineer/Construction Manager.
Support quality inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.
Maintain daily site records including manpower, materials, and work completed.
Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and promote safe working practices on site.

Qualifications & Requirements

UAE National (Emiratisation role).
6 months to 1 year of experience in civil site supervision or related field.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a relevant discipline (preferred).
Basic understanding of construction drawings and site methodologies.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site-based schedule.
