Join us as we set new benchmarks in construction and project delivery.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a NOC Engineer to manage all authority submissions, permits, approvals, and inspections for projects at Al Jurf (Area Office). This role is responsible for coordinating with Abu Dhabi government bodies, ensuring timely approvals, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting project teams to maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities

Manage all NOC, permit, approval, and inspection processes with Abu Dhabi authorities (ADM, Civil Defense, Etisalat, ADDC, TACA, TAM, DMT, etc.).
Prepare and submit authority applications; follow up until final approval.
Review drawings for compliance before submission.
Respond to authority comments and coordinate revised submissions.
Manage inspections and coordinate with site teams.
Maintain NOC/permit trackers, logs, and documentation systems.
Draft formal correspondences and maintain organized records.
Work closely with Project Managers and the Project Director on all authority matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
8–12 years of experience with Abu Dhabi authority submissions, approvals, and inspections.
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi procedures, portals, and regulatory requirements.
Experience reviewing drawings for authority compliance.
Familiarity with NOC processes for major construction projects.
Strong documentation, tracking, and coordination skills.
UAE experience required; Abu Dhabi experience strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience across both Abu Dhabi and Dubai authorities.
Background in large‑scale projects or luxury developments.
