Consultant Otolaryngology ENT Specialist - Allocation Assist Middle East - Dubai, UAE

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders using clinical examination and diagnostic testing
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient medical history, physical evaluation, and imaging or laboratory results
• Perform ENT surgical procedures including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, sinus surgery, and other otolaryngology interventions
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and surgical technologies to deliver accurate diagnosis and treatment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to ensure optimal patient care
• Provide patient education on ENT conditions, treatment options, recovery processes, and preventive healthcare practices
• Supervise and mentor junior physicians, residents, and medical interns within the ENT department
• Participate in medical research, conferences, and professional development activities to remain current with advancements in otolaryngology
• Maintain detailed and confidential medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards
• Ensure adherence to infection control procedures and patient safety protocols within clinical and surgical environments

• Medical degree such as MD or MBBS from a recognized institution
• Board certification in Otolaryngology or equivalent specialist qualification
• Minimum five years of consultant-level experience in ENT practice within a hospital setting
• Strong expertise in ENT diagnostic procedures and surgical treatment techniques
• Western medical training or specialist education preferred
• Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities within multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills
• Fluency in English with Arabic language skills considered advantageous
