  • Manage and resolve technical incidents and service requests for VIP users and senior management.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, enterprise software, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Provide first and second line technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, mobile devices, and collaboration platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using phone support, email, chat systems, remote support tools, and desk-side assistance.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues affecting endpoint devices and network connectivity.
  • Ensure high system availability and reliability across user devices and enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical problems requiring advanced troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Lead and mentor junior support engineers by providing guidance on technical troubleshooting and IT service best practices.
  • Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and system configurations according to IT service management standards.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related IT discipline.
  • Experience providing technical support to VIP users and senior management environments.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise desktop environments, operating systems, and IT infrastructure technologies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms and productivity applications.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification preferred.
  • Apple Certified Support Professional certification for macOS and Apple device support is advantageous.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize technical issues and deliver fast, customer-focused IT support.
