The Application Production Support Specialist plays a critical role in production support, incident management, and ongoing system stability. The role supports live applications, coordinates with development and project teams, and contributes to continuous improvement of systems and processes across the department.Key Responsibilities
Ensure day-to-day stability, availability, and performance of production applications and smart systems
Provide advanced application and production support in coordination with development teams
Work closely with IT project managers during planning, deployment, and post-implementation phases
Monitor systems, identify issues proactively, and support root cause analysis
Support incident, problem, and change management processes
Assist in planning, managing, and implementing application-related projects
Maintain documentation for systems, support procedures, and operational workflows
Ensure applications align with security, performance, and operational standardsCandidate Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university
Eight to ten years of experience in IT, application support, or production support roles
Strong proficiency in English for reading, writing, speaking, and technical analysis
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong understanding of project planning, management, and implementation
Knowledge of programming concepts, coding, and application architectures
