- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding route changes or delays.
- Monitor passenger behavior and enforce safety rules to ensure a secure travel experience.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and provide information about routes and schedules.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance driving skills and knowledge of safety protocols.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues to the appropriate authorities promptly.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
