This role is central to enhancing customer experience by owning end-to-end CX programs and ensuring they deliver tangible improvements in engagement, retention, and satisfaction. It connects data insights with execution, enabling continuous optimization of customer journeys at scale.Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute customer experience strategies aligned with business goals
- Analyze customer data using cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and segmentation
- Define success metrics and measure impact of CX initiatives through structured analysis
- Lead CX programs end-to-end from problem definition to rollout and optimization
- Identify opportunities for predictive models such as churn and customer behavior insights
- Collaborate with data science, product, and operations teams to implement solutions
- Monitor program performance and continuously refine based on feedback and results
- Develop scalable playbooks to replicate successful initiatives across markets
- Communicate insights, progress, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Align cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of CX initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or customer experience roles
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Experience managing programs end-to-end with measurable outcomes
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High ownership mindset with focus on results and impact
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred
