- Build pipeline from scratch: identify prospects, open new accounts, drive product approvals and close orders personally.
- Develop opportunities with companies supporting major Oil &Gas operators, EPCs and service providers, as well as marine yards and industrial service workshops.
- Identify and pursue project opportunities linked to applications such as high-pressure systems, hose assemblies/kits, safety reels, industrial safety solutions and related engineered products.
- Spend most working days in the field, customer visits to workshops, yards, job sites and service companies.
- Carry samples/demo kits as required; conduct product demonstrations and engage directly with technicians and end users.
- Operate with structured territory planning and aim for 4–5 quality customer/prospect meetings per day.
- Provide technical consultation and solution selling support to customers.
- Run technical presentations/training sessions to build application understanding and trust.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure responsive follow-up, quotations, documentation and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain full CRM adoption for lead management, pipeline tracking, forecasting and account mapping.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to strengthen positioning and prioritisation.
- Engineering qualification (Diploma/Bachelor’s) with 4–8 years of technical sales.
- BD experience in the UAE or Middle East, ideally in industrial products/solutions sold into O&G, marine, yards, EPCs, industrial service companies or relevant channels.
- Strong evidence of “hunter” performance: opening new accounts, developing project-based business and delivering growth.
- Good working knowledge of hydraulics / pneumatics, hoses and connecting components (or closely related industrial product categories).
- Able to interpret technical drawings/specifications and translate them into customer solutions.
- Comfortable with a lean setup and high ownership - execution-first, field-oriented, not title-driven.
- Strong communication and presentation skills across both site-level and decision-maker audiences.
- Good communication skills in English.
