- Develop and execute national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management
- Understand market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies
- Manage strategic hospital accounts and high-value stakeholders
- Lead product launches and market access initiatives
- Deliver executive-level sales reports and business insights.
- 10+ years in MedTech sales (Surgical/OR products required)
- People management experience is a must at least of 5 direct reports
- Deep knowledge of UAE healthcare system, reimbursement models, and tender processes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (forecasting, data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive presentations)
- Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
