الاشراف على إجراء الأبحاث والدراسات المتعلقة بالمرأة في الإمارة في المجالات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية ونشرها بالتنسيق مع الوحدات التنظيمية المعنية.الاشراف على توفير بيانات ومؤشرات تعكس واقع المرأة في الإمارة من خلال جمع وتحليل البيانات الديموغرافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية للنساء في الإمارة وتقديمها في تقارير دورية.الاشراف على إعداد تقارير مقارنة دولية لقياس مكانة المرأة الإماراتية مقارنة بنظيراتها عالمياً، وتقديم توصيات مبنية على البيانات.الاشراف على إنشاء مكتبة رقمية متخصصة في دراسات المرأة تتضمن الأبحاث والتقارير والدراسات المتعلقة بالمرأة، بحيث تكون مرجعاً لصناع القرار والباحثين.الاشراف على تطوير آليات قياس التقدم المحرز في تمكين المرأة الإماراتية في مجالات العمل والقيادة.إعداد التقارير اللازمة الخاصة بمدى تحقيق الدراسات والبحوث وتقديمها لمدير الإدارةوضع الأهداف ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية مع موظفي القسم، وضمان فعالية أدائهم.ضمان أعلى مستويات مشاركة الموظفين وتطوير القدرات عن طريق إدارة النشاطات وجدول الأعمال اليومية، وإمداد فريق العمل بصفة مستمرة بالمعلومات والملاحظات المتعلقة بعملهم.تنفيذ المسؤوليات والمهام الأخرى حسب توجيهات مدير الإدارة من أجل تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة.QualificationsSupervising the conduct of research and studies related to women in the Emirate in the social, economic, and cultural fields, and publishing them in coordination with the relevant organizational units.Supervising the provision of data and indicators that reflect the status of women in the Emirate by collecting and analyzing demographic, social, and economic data on women, and presenting it in periodic reports.Supervising the preparation of international comparative reports to measure the position of Emirati women compared to their counterparts globally, and providing data-driven recommendations.Supervising the establishment of a specialized digital library for women’s studies, including research, reports, and studies related to women, to serve as a reference for decision-makers and researchers.Supervising the development of mechanisms to measure progress achieved in empowering Emirati women in the fields of employment and leadership.Preparing the necessary reports on the extent to which studies and research objectives have been achieved and submitting them to the Department Director.Setting objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) with department staff and ensuring the effectiveness of their performance.Ensuring the highest levels of employee engagement and capacity development by managing activities and daily work schedules, and continuously providing the team with information and feedback related to their work.Carrying out other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Department Director in order to achieve the organization’s objectives.
